Wool carpets are naturally stain resistant, which means that most stains can be easily removed using water and an approved spot cleaning spray. Never use bleach (chlorine) or any other chemicals on a wool carpet as this will disintegrate the fibre. Always test any cleaning solution in an inconspicuous are first to ensure it doesn’t cause any damage.

Installing carpet requires specialist expertise to ensure a flawless finish and long-lasting performance. We recommend using grippers to hold the carpet in place around the perimeter of the room, and underlay to provide cushioning and insulation. The underlay and accessories must be suitable for this type of installation.
Professional installation is strongly advised to avoid issues such as fraying, rippling, or uneven wear over time.
