Care & Cleaning

Care & Cleaning for Outdoor Borders:

Dusting: Shake out or brush away loose dirt and debris.
Spot Cleaning: Wipe with a damp cloth or sponge and mild soap solution—no bleach or solvent-based cleaners.
Deep Cleaning: Hose down or gently scrub with a soft brush; allow to air-dry completely in the sun.
Avoid High-Pressure Washers: Excessive pressure can distort the border’s weave.
Storage: If removing for winter or heavy storms, clean and dry thoroughly before rolling and storing in a cool, dry place.

At Deco Designs, we specialise in crafting bespoke rugs and stair runners—designed to integrate seamlessly with our premium carpet and border collections for unmatched quality and cohesion. While our focus is on custom manufacturing, we also offer a professional binding service to neatly finish any carpet or stair runner.

All quoted prices include binding, but alteration services—such as custom shaping or resizing—are not covered and will incur an additional fee. Add binding to any of our carpet products and enjoy a special discounted rate on this service.
