“Company” refers to Deco Designs.
“Customer” / “You” refers to any person or entity purchasing or interacting with our goods and services.
“Goods” refers to all products offered by Deco Designs.
“Special Order” refers to goods made to specification, including custom rugs, stair runners and cut to size stair rods.
You are entitled to cancel your order within 14 days from the date you receive the goods. Cancellations must be submitted in writing to sales@decodesigns.ie. We reserve the right to cancel orders for reasons including but not limited to: product unavailability, pricing or description errors, suspected fraud.
Returns are accepted for stock items only. Goods must be returned within 14 days of receipt. Returned goods must be unused, undamaged, and in resaleable condition, with original packaging and proof of purchase. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving returned goods in satisfactory condition.
Special Orders (e.g., bespoke rugs, stair runners, or custom-made or cut items) cannot be cancelled or returned once production has begun. Sale, promotion, clearance, or ex-display items are final sale and non-returnable after the 14-day cooling-off period. Goods that are opened and cannot be returned for hygiene or safety reasons.
All goods must be inspected on delivery. Claims for damages, defects, or shortages must be made within 48 hours of receipt. If goods are found to be faulty or incorrect, Deco Designs will offer replacement or refund in accordance with statutory rights. Liability is limited to the value of the goods supplied.

We recommend using an insured, trackable courier service. Deco Designs is not liable for lost or damaged returns.
